Peak Signal Rentals – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rental of equipment from Peak Signal Rentals (“we,” “us,” “our”) by you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”). By reserving or using our equipment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Equipment Available for Rent

We currently rent:

• Starlink Mini internet kit

• Jackery battery with 100W solar panel
   

2. Rental Period and Rates

• Daily Rates: Starlink $35/day, Battery & Solar $25/day

• Weekly Rates: Starlink $200/week, Battery & Solar $140/week

• Rental period starts at the agreed pickup date and time and ends at the agreed return date and time.

• Late returns may incur additional daily charges.
   

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable deposit of $400 is required per rental.

• The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after return, provided the equipment is in the same condition as issued and all Terms have been followed.

• Deductions may be made for loss, damage, late fees, or cleaning.
   

4. Pickup and Return

• Pickup and return are at our Surprise, AZ location (Waddell Rd and Litchfield Rd).

• Exact pickup location will be provided after reservation approval.

• Customer is responsible for transporting the equipment safely.
   

5. Reservation Approval

• All reservations are subject to review and approval.

• We may require ID verification and additional screening before confirmation.
   

6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Operate the equipment according to the instructions provided.

• Prevent damage from weather, misuse, or neglect.

• Return all cables, chargers, and accessories in clean and working condition.

• Notify us immediately of any loss, theft, or malfunction.
   

7. Internet Service Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for Starlink service outages, slow speeds, or inability to connect.

• No refunds will be issued for service interruptions outside our control.
   

8. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

• Resell internet service or sub-rent the equipment.

• Use the equipment for any illegal activities.

• Tamper with hardware or software.
   

9. Liability

• Customer is responsible for the full replacement cost of lost or damaged equipment.

• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or inability to use the equipment.
   

10. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may forfeit the first day’s rental fee.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
